The Schempp-Hirth Air Brake kit contains four blades and two supports, nylon bolts, nuts and spacers. You need a screw driver and nut holder.  It is important that you assemble the kit as follows.

1) Place 6-32 x 0.5 bolt in the right hole hole of the blade with the 45 degree side to the right.            Add bellcrank with the raised spline down.

2) The top blade is on top of the bellcrank! The blade has the notches down.

3) Tighten nuts until the blade is still free, but not sloppy.

4) Repeat with the other holes.

5) Repeat with the lower blade. This blade is reversed - 45 degree angle end to the left. Notches are up.  Note in picture below, the right bolt/belcrank are incorrect! This is VERY easy to do!
