I tried to lighten the flaps, ah well, it does not look too nice on the ground - but in the air, it's quite OK. This wing appears to be 3 - 5 oz less than published composite wings, good or bad????
Below are two of my 4 loves:
A 1990 VW Vanagon GL Westfalia. (for carrying my planes?) completely restored with a two color paint job - from one angle, it is deep blue and from another angle, it is deep green. But at $700 a quart - I probably will not be painting any fuses - as I have been told by my other love! Oh yes, the other love not in pic, is a large log "cabin." Built from scratch, no plans, just raw logs from Canada.
